'The tri-planar reaching squat is an excellent hip mobility drill!  Reach in the opposite direction of your hips. The reach is done to knee height and coupled with the narrow stance allows a little more squat depth.  Use a 6-10 lb medicine ball or dumbbell, and try 5 reps of left/middle/right.
